Yoga & ayurveda, India's holistic sciences, represent an ancient and continuous tradition through which we can experience our true selves - our connectedness. Through yoga, we turn inwards, connecting with our inner being, transforming consciousness. Through ayurveda we maintain the health of the body, creating balance and harmony with the cycles of nature.
In this session Jennifer will offer an overview of both systems. She will explain how to determine your individual ayurvedic constitution and apply the principles of ayurveda to make appropriate choices with regard to yoga and daily routine, creating the conditions for vibrant health on all levels.
